Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring garment quality, assisting in assembly and sewing, and guaranteeing adherence to production standards and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the quality of garment components. 2. Assist and guide in the assembly and sewing of garments. 3. Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Ensure quality of garments (production, showroom, and imported items) through continuous inspections during assembly and sewing processes, to guarantee that garments meet the company's required quality standards; Assist in garment assembly and sewing by demonstrating correct methods of assembly, sewing, and finishing, providing hands-on support to seamstresses and operators; Deliver technical guidance by explaining operational sequence steps to ensure processes are executed in the correct order, with supervision to ensure strict adherence to the product's technical sheet; Ensure compliance with subcontractor instruction manuals by presenting and reinforcing internal production flow procedures—from component receipt through to finalization—ensuring subcontractors fully understand each step and their respective responsibilities; Conduct monthly supplier quality chart monitoring, including historical records of repairs per production order; Scan QR codes upon arrival at subcontractor facilities to analyze delayed production orders; Identify issues within subcontractor factories and resolve them via brand WhatsApp groups, ensuring product quality complies with the technical sheet and operational sequence; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness regulations; Perform other related duties as required by the company. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school or technical education in Garment Manufacturing, Textiles, or Quality, plus relevant work experience.
