Job Summary: A professional responsible for equipment MPO, part finishing, and maintaining safety and quality standards in accordance with the 5S philosophy. Key Highlights: 1. Perform MPO and daily equipment inspection 2. Finish raw or pre-machined parts 3. Maintain tools and participate in continuous improvement projects Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, to ensure machines remain fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, to guarantee compliance with customer quality standards and achieve area productivity indicators; * Maintain tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in continuous improvement projects by suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and act preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879639
