Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing maintenance and finishing of parts, maintaining tools, participating in improvement projects, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform MPO and finishing on raw or pre-machined parts 2. Maintain tools and participate in continuous improvement projects 3. Comply with safety standards and integrated management procedures Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational and preventing rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), strictly adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for assigned tools, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in implementing improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward enhancing working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, while acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety standards as well as integrated quality management procedures, ensuring the physical integrity of employees. * Adhere to organizational and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879640
