Participate in the execution of continuous improvement projects Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) on equipment, inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational and preventing rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards and achieving departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for tools under one's charge, using and storing them properly to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in the execution of continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, while acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879642
