Job Summary: We are seeking a Delphi Developer to work on the development and maintenance of highly critical logistics management systems, focusing on transportation and billing routines, and supporting modernization and AI adoption initiatives. We are looking for a Delphi Developer to join our team and work on the development and maintenance of highly critical logistics management systems. The role will focus on sustaining and evolving vital transportation and billing routines, with opportunities to support modernization initiatives and secondary AI usage for process optimization. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience with Delphi (D7, XE3, and XE6\). Knowledge of logistics routines: Freight charges, NOTFIS, DOCCOB, Incidents, and CT\-e. Database: Experience with Oracle. Version Control: Proficiency in Git. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of NodeJS; interest in applying AI as a tool to support operational process automation. Desired Profile: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with users and collaborate within a team. Proactivity and commitment to code quality (best practices). Experience in highly critical logistics environments.
