Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for the general maintenance and preservation of the building, assisting with repairs, monitoring operations, and collaborating with the maintenance team. Key Highlights: 1. Building and store facility maintenance and preservation 2. Assistance with general repairs and monitoring of third-party tasks 3. Collaboration in cleaning and organizing work equipment Ensure building preservation; monitor and guide in-store assembly, adjustment, general repairs, and preservation activities to protect store facilities; assist in performing and supporting repair work in the store, maintaining parking areas (if applicable) and performing minor gardening tasks (if applicable), minor masonry, floor, and/or tile repairs; supervise execution and planning of third-party tasks; assist maintenance technicians by providing information on site conditions necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance of the building/store; Collaborate in cleaning equipment used personally as well as commonly shared tools; inspect for leaks, repair water pipes, faucets, and drains, clean store floors using a floor washer; replace damaged shelf label holders; replace damaged soap dispensers and toilet paper holders; inspect chairs and footrests (tighten screws and make adjustments); perform maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of shopping carts and baskets; conduct visual 'checklist' inspections (following the predetermined checklist) on generators and check radiator water levels, reporting data to maintenance; assist in preparing equipment and raw materials required to perform assigned tasks, as well as in final assembly and proper finishing; maintain personal tools in good working condition.
