Job Summary: Operate and prepare Jacquard looms, performing adjustments, quality control, and maintenance to ensure textile product manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for quality control and maintenance **Position:** Jacquard Weaving Machine Operator **Location:** Vila Itoupava Neighborhood – Blumenau/SC **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** On-site ⏰ Working Hours **Available Shifts:** 1st shift 2nd shift 3rd shift (Monday to Friday) ️ Main Responsibilities Prepare machinery and install programs on looms; Replace parts and perform adjustments according to Production Orders (POs); Verify POs to validate products to be manufactured; Control quality of the first sampling before release into production (repetitive items); Request release approval from Quality Analyst for new items; Record executed service information in appropriate forms; Maintain, clean, and organize looms and tools; Report irregularities and request maintenance when necessary, ensuring proper machine operation. ✅ Requirements Experience with Jacquard weaving machines; Basic knowledge of textile quality; Residence near Vila Itoupava neighborhood.
