This position is responsible for machining parts, performing MPO (Machine Preventive Operation), preparing the machine, securing the part in the fixture, loading the CNC program, performing machining operations, recording part measurements, finishing parts with a grinder, and logging production data to ensure parts meet specified standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operator-level maintenance as outlined in checklists and work instructions to ensure equipment remains operational; otherwise, report issues to maintenance at the start of the shift. * Follow Operational Procedures and Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulations within one's scope of responsibility. * Prepare the machine by verifying tools and information on the Machining Technical Sheet. Load the CNC program according to the planned model and operation sequence for production. Mount fixtures onto machine tables. * Record measurements during and after the machining process, completing the defined quality control plan to ensure traceability of executed processes. Log process execution in the system, along with other entries in workflow and production control systems. * Perform part machining operations: load the CNC program, prepare tools, and adjust machine parameters as needed to achieve established targets.
