Description
Perform dry-type transformer and component assembly activities in accordance with technical drawings, production orders, operational procedures, and engineering specifications, ensuring the quality, productivity, safety, environmental, and integrity standards defined by the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform mechanical and electromechanical assembly of dry-type transformers in accordance with technical specifications and established processes;
* Assemble components, subassemblies, and metallic structures of equipment;
* Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, manufacturing routings, and production orders;
* Perform adjustments, fastenings, alignments, and dimensional verifications during the assembly process;
* Operate hand tools, electric and pneumatic tools, and assembly support equipment;
* Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks during production stages;
* Identify process deviations, non-conformities, and equipment maintenance needs;
* Comply with operational procedures, quality standards, and occupational safety requirements;
* Support organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the production area;
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or related fields is desirable;
* Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or electromechanical assembly or related areas;
* Experience assembling transformers or industrial electrical equipment is desirable.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams;
* Knowledge of mechanical assembly and use of industrial tools;
* Basic understanding of metrology and measuring instruments;
* Familiarity with industrial production processes;
* Basic knowledge of quality, occupational safety, and integrity;
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is desirable.
