Perform system configuration according to the client’s business processes. Provide customer support throughout the entire implementation period. Monitor and control implementation schedules and milestones. Prepare execution minutes, reports, and user support materials. Maintain active customer relationships, ensuring alignment and implementation success. **Requirements:** --------------- Experience in system implementation processes. Knowledge of the healthcare sector, preferably in a hospital environment. Experience delivering customer training and monitoring system usage adoption. Experience performing system configuration jointly with customers. Experience providing customer support during the implementation period. Ability to monitor and control implementation schedules. Experience preparing minutes, execution reports, and support materials. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills for interacting with users, managers, and executives. Logical reasoning for task prioritization and problem resolution. Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, ease of teamwork, and customer service orientation.
