Support in information security and networks **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Job Description: Provide basic technical support to users (on-site and remote); Assist with installation and configuration of computers, printers, and peripherals; Perform basic hardware and software maintenance; Support network, internet, and system access configuration; Log, track, and close IT service requests; Assist with user account, password, and permission management; Support system and antivirus updates; Organize and manage IT equipment; Assist with backups and information security routines; Support the IT team in operational tasks and simple projects; Follow company IT standards and policies.
