Located in Blumenau\-SC—the main textile industry hub of Latin America—the Nilcatex industrial park features facilities equipped with cutting\-edge technologies in weaving, cutting, sewing, and printing. We thrive on challenges and seek people ready to build careers and achieve results alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Festooning and cutting sample pieces; Submitting cut pieces for inspection; Interpreting finishing requirements specified in tender documents and private technical sheets; Separating cut piece components using notebook annotations; Suggesting pattern adjustments when necessary; Assisting in sample review by trimming excess threads (piece cleaning); Assisting in sample pressing; Assisting in sample measurement; Assisting in sample packaging; Organizing the sample knit section—including collars, cuffs, and straight seams—while keeping stock location records up\-to\-date; Performing other tasks of equivalent complexity as required by department/company needs; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Completed or ongoing high school education; Relevant work experience; Experience in the textile industry. **Preferred Qualifications:** Organization; Proactivity. **Additional Information** On\-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy benefit, meal voucher, health insurance, attendance bonus, and life insurance.
