We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build careers and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate and run pre-sewing machines safely to ensure efficiency and quality in the production process; Adjust pocket-attaching machines by aligning parameters such as thread tension, stitch type, and alignment to ensure pockets are correctly attached; Position garments and pockets accurately on machines at designated locations to ensure precise stitching; After sewing, inspect work quality to confirm that pockets are correctly attached, with uniform stitches and no defects; Perform basic machine maintenance—including cleaning and needle replacement—to ensure proper equipment operation; Carry out other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** ****Completed or currently pursuing high school education; Experience in the textile industry; Operation of textile machinery; Agile; **Preferred Qualification:** Proactive. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, pharmacy discount program, meal voucher, health insurance, and life insurance.
