Ensuring data and information availability and security **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Mission Responsible for guiding and/or technically leading the development and maintenance of technological resources—including systems, equipment, networks, infrastructure, and others—through the implementation and monitoring of systems and methodologies aligned with defined requirements, providing technical support and ensuring system availability (systems, networks, servers, links, and related components), executing planning, installation, deployment, and maintenance of related environments to guarantee the necessary availability for uninterrupted business operations, introducing innovations and industry best practices, and preserving data and information integrity and security. * Identify optimal alternatives for the Information Technology area’s work processes, based on the scope of responsibility. * Analyze requests from all departments regarding the development or improvement of information systems. * Analyze requests from all departments regarding the deployment or improvement of information systems. * Support the development of highly complex projects according to each project’s specific characteristics (deployment or maintenance). * Monitor and control project deployment. * Lead project validation testing. * Guide the identification, analysis, and diagnosis of potential operational irregularities that may interrupt or compromise business operations. * Provide technical leadership in monitoring the technology environment and sustaining the operation of diverse solutions. * Stay updated on technological innovations and changes in fiscal, legal, and managerial regulations. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * Knowledge of information security – LGPD; * ITIL, COBIT, or related certifications are desirable; * Project development methodology; * Business Intelligence (BI) knowledge, including data analysis and report generation; * Experience in system development, programming languages, or application maintenance. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Profit-sharing program, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
