About us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group has 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Clean the sector and counters, check product expiration dates on counters and in the sales area, restock counters for store opening, serve customers, verify the appearance of displayed products, place product orders meeting deadlines and schedules, clean the coffee machine, perform price relabeling, clean the food court area, assist in cleaning and organizing the sector, clean equipment, participate in monthly inventory, clean external islands and counters, attend department meetings with supervisors and management, participate in general inventory. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product displays, as well as providing personalized customer service at the counter, if necessary advising on types of products and derivatives, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to the customer; Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery mix), baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene, safety regulations, standards, and established targets; Contribute to faster customer service through continuous restocking of product display counters and correct pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Promote increased sector sales through attractive and differentiated product displays and customer relationships; Contribute to loss reduction by properly organizing product displays according to PVPS (first to expire, first to sell) and producing forecasted quantities according to schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Pay attention to the appearance, expiration dates, and prices of displayed products, performing daily checks, as well as removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or without identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support counting products for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain organization and cleanliness of the sector, equipment, and utensils by carrying out daily hygiene procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Charge customers at the bakery cash register when needed; Assist in related activities as required; requirements **Minimum education:** Complete elementary school Up-to-date health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
