




About Us GTOP is composed of the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With family-based management, the group has 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation of breads, savory snacks, and doughs by separating and handling ingredients, processing foods, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products, clarifying doubts, in accordance with rules, good practice manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, and established standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product displays, as well as provide personalized customer service at the counter, if necessary guiding on types of products and derivatives, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering to the customer; Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery mix), baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practice manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, and established standards and goals; Contribute to efficient customer service through continuous restocking of product display counters and correct pricing, following predefined rules and standards; Promote increased sector sales through attractive and differentiated product displays and customer engagement; Help reduce losses by properly organizing product displays according to PVPS (first to expire, first to sell) and producing forecasted quantities following schedules, production protocols, and recipes; Pay attention to the appearance, expiration dates, and prices of displayed products, performing daily checks, as well as removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or those without identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by carrying out daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Handle customer checkout at the bakery register when needed; Contribute to the integration and guidance of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Education:** Completed elementary school Up-to-date health certificate **Additional Information:** Position is 100% on-site **Work Location:** R.
