Position: Junior Export Analyst – Hering Team Location: Blumenau/SC Contract Type: Temporary (with possibility of extension) Salary: BRL 3,200.00 Meal Allowance (VR): BRL 556.00/month Transportation Voucher (VT) Responsibilities and duties: * Prepare commercial intelligence reports (sales profile, purchase profile, inventory profile, cross-reference these three data sets, etc); * Support logistics activities (shipment tracking); * Provide support during Showroom period by answering product inquiries, making recommendations, pricing, strategies; * Receive, enter, and verify orders in the system; * Entry and Management of portfolio orders – Customer Service and Maintenance; * Generate order confirmation monitoring reports; * Interact with customers and distributors; * Provide general information about items, processes, production, Showroom, Collections, Collection Colors, shortages and surpluses between shipments; * Analyze and monitor market action plans, as well as participate in the development of the commercial calendar. Requirements and qualifications: * Pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in exact sciences fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel); * Intermediate English and Spanish (not mandatory); * Availability for international travel to Latin America. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
