We are seeking an **Information Technology Intern** interested in **business process automation, RPA, and applied Artificial Intelligence**, who wants to learn hands-on how to develop solutions that directly impact the company's day-to-day operations. We value individuals who are **curious, organized, eager to learn, collaborative, and passionate about applying technology to solve real-world problems.** This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to begin their careers in **Automation, Applied Artificial Intelligence, RPA, and low-code/no-code solution development.** **Responsibilities and Duties** What you will work on during the internship * Developing process automations (RPA); * Building automation workflows using low-code and no-code tools; * Creating AI agents and solutions; * Integrating internal and external systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectors; * Mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunities; * Documenting, testing, and continuously improving automations; * Monitoring and maintaining production solutions. * Designing data-driven solutions **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Must be in at least the 3rd semester of the undergraduate program. **Preferred Qualifications:** Academic, professional, or personal project experience related to technology and automation, such as: * Automation, bots, or scripts; * Low-code / no-code tools; * Interest in Artificial Intelligence applied to business processes; * Participation in technology projects, hackathons, or academic initiatives. **Development Opportunity:** This internship offers an **accelerated learning curve**, preparing interns for future roles as: * **Automation Developer** * **RPA Specialist** * **Applied AI Solutions Developer** * **Process Automation Engineer** **Additional Information** Internship stipend: 1100.00 Transportation allowance: 200.00 Physical activity incentive: 100.00 PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) For nearly 30 years, Grupo Baptista Leal has been building dreams and delivering homes.
