We currently have an opening for a **Technical Vehicle Delivery Specialist** in **Recife – Caruaru**. The Technical Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in the customer experience, ensuring that vehicle delivery becomes a memorable and comprehensive moment. This professional guarantees that customers receive their new vehicle with all necessary information, detailed explanations of features, and properly organized documentation—delivering exceptional service and reinforcing the brand relationship. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare the vehicle for delivery by checking safety items, functionality, and cleanliness. * Conduct a detailed technical presentation of the vehicle to the customer, explaining all features, technologies, and onboard systems. * Guide the customer through the owner’s manual, warranty terms, maintenance plans, and after-sales services. * Assist in the documentation process and finalization of delivery, ensuring all procedures are completed. * Clarify customer questions and provide initial support regarding the use and care of the new vehicle. * Ensure customer satisfaction at the time of delivery by delivering a positive and personalized experience. * Perform test drives and final inspections, when necessary, to confirm the vehicle is in perfect condition. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Strong customer service skills and focus on customer experience. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) with driving experience. * Good interpersonal communication and proactivity. #### **Benefits:** * Competitive market-based salary * Bradesco Health Insurance Plan * SulAmérica Dental Insurance Plan * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
