RPEOTTA is seeking a **Planning Analyst** to strengthen our engineering team in Rio de Janeiro. If you are passionate about engineering, seek to develop innovative solutions, and want to make a difference in challenging projects, this is your opportunity! **On-site work in Barra da Tijuca** **Responsibilities** * Full development and management of schedules in **Microsoft Project** (mandatory) and **Primavera P6** (highly desirable); * Building and updating **S-curves** (physical and financial), the project’s official **baseline**, and deviation analysis (delays and accelerations); * Rescheduling activities, resource leveling, critical path analysis, and proposing schedule recovery measures; * Daily/weekly monitoring of physical progress on site and updating the schedule based on field reports; * Proactive identification of schedule risks and suggestions for mitigation actions; * Participation in progress meetings with clients and consortia. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Administration, or related fields) or technical education with equivalent proven experience; * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Project** (WBS creation, task dependencies, resource assignment, baselines, custom filters, reporting); * Solid knowledge of **Primavera P6** (desirable but not mandatory); * Advanced Excel skills for data processing, S-curves, dashboards, and integration with MS Project/Primavera; * Ability to export/import data between MS Project/Primavera and Excel/Power BI.
