All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the sweeper machine safely and effectively; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Operate the sweeper machine correctly, following the entire sweeping procedure for the industrial area; * Ensure cleaning and maintenance of used equipment; * Operate the sweeper machine to clean the entire industrial area; * Respond promptly to immediate supervisors; * Perform work systematically, adhering to safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and the quality management system; * Report for duty in uniform, cleanly shaven, and appropriately dressed for the professional role; * Focus on the objectives of the Quality Management System; * Contribute to the unit’s development by suggesting, innovating, and pursuing continuous improvement; * Carry out all activities in the most economically viable manner, aiming to satisfy customers and deliver positive results for the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete High School education; * Training as a Sweeper Machine Operator; * Preferred: 3 months of experience in related roles; * NR-20 — Fuel Handling; * Driver’s License Category B; * Must have easy access to the Aracruz-ES region. **Additional Information** You’ll find the traditional benefits you already know — and more.
