




**Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/sections and in picking areas, following the basic principles of "full, clean, labeled, safe," ensuring correct stock location within aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with all safety rules and procedures to guarantee optimal product availability for customers; * Replace price tags and create shelf labels and product displays, adhering to the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle; maintain display units, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or impede customer movement within aisle sections, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to cashiers’ requests and provide timely support whenever needed to ensure swift customer service; * Respond courteously, attentively, and proactively when approached by customers, thereby enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stock-outs within your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS’s, and unscanned stock-outs), to effectively monitor available products. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Commuter allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares tied to global company performance.
