Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacist to manage and control product quality and regulatory documentation, provide technical support, and ensure product traceability. Key Highlights: 1. All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure regulatory compliance of Sanitary Documents for the Distribution Center; * Monitor inspections conducted by sanitary, municipal, and environmental authorities, and resolve pending issues and non-conformities arising from such inspections; * Provide technical support and deliver training to Logistics and Commercial teams; * Maintain the company’s registration health by reviewing sanitary documents of customers, suppliers, and products, authorizing or blocking purchase and sale of goods; * Maintain and control the sanitary conditions of the Distribution Center through self-inspections / checklists; * Manage the Segregated Products Department through segregation, return-to-supplier, and disposal (incineration or donation) processes for unsuitable products (expired, recalled, or damaged); * Ensure traceability of recall-related anomalies and inventory discrepancies; * Oversee the movement of psychotropic medications through strict entry/exit registration controls and stock inventories, ensuring quality and accuracy; * Control batch quality (entry and exit) and expiration dates (FIFO/FEFO) via training and technical guidance based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Manage the cold-chain distribution process; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Knowledge of regulations RDC 430/20, Portaria 344/98, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in storage of controlled and refrigerated products; experience in legal and sanitary documentation; experience in handling regulatory inspections and addressing requirements; * Prior experience in a pharmaceutical distributor is a plus; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Schedule**: 3:16 PM to 11:59 PM **Location:** Rua Tancredo Neves, 337 \- São Diogo I \- Serra, CEP 29163267 Landmark: On Rua do Sidimental We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the pharmaceutical industry — a customer-focused solution centered on patients and consumers — comprised of major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
