Job Summary: The professional will assist in managing product returns and ensure the quality of the RMA process, including receiving, testing, recording, and supporting problem resolution. We are seeking an *RMA Assistant IV* to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in managing product returns and ensuring the quality of the RMA process. * Receive and inspect products returned by customers * Perform tests on products to identify potential defects * Record and track returned products in a dedicated system * Assist in analyzing and resolving issues identified in products * Ensure quality and efficiency in the RMA process. Candidates should ideally be organized, responsible, team-oriented, clear communicators, and proactive. Work Format: On-site. Location: Taquara II - Serra/ES.
