Assistance in hiring, termination, and management of allowances/benefits We are seeking an HR/DP Assistant to support administrative personnel routines, acting as an interface between employees, internal management, and third-party companies, with emphasis on organization, information control, and adherence to deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** Receive, verify, and organize employee timekeeping information Submit data to the third-party timekeeping company Manage medical certificates, absences, and justifications Support hiring and termination procedures Manage variable allowances and benefits Perform fare card replenishment and adjustments for transportation vouchers in the GVBus system Monitor daily workers and dependents, supporting payment-related requests Support administrative communication and internal departmental controls Verify certain reports received from third-party companies **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: R$ 2.200,00 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Meal Voucher: R$ 30.00 per workday Health Insurance: Unimed Dental Insurance: Samp Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 Annual Bonus: R$ 500.00 Location: Serra/ES Employment Type: CLT
