At WIZMART, the Procurement Analyst plays both a strategic and operational role. Your Responsibilities: * Research and Supplier Selection: Identify and qualify suppliers of food, beverages, and cleaning products, seeking trends and cost reduction opportunities. * High-Level Negotiation: Secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and quality standards. * Purchase Order Management: Full control from purchase order issuance through delivery tracking. * Quality Control: Ensure manufacturer credibility and manage merchandise returns. * Leadership and Operations: Work side-by-side with the Operations and Loss Prevention teams, leading the receiving and sorting processes to ensure qualified purchases. * Data Analysis: Monitor procurement KPIs and update price tables. Requirements and Skills: * Technology: Advanced Excel proficiency and expertise in procurement software. * Behavioral Profile: Organization, dynamism, and excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders. * Market Insight: Technical product knowledge (perishables, non-perishables, etc.). * Attitude: Leadership-oriented profile, ready to work on the frontline (receiving/inspection) when necessary.
