




**Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to work in a generalist role in People Management. This professional will be responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture, promote engagement, and contribute to the company's sustainable growth. We are seeking a proactive, analytical individual passionate about human development who enjoys collaborative work. **Main responsibilities:** Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to onboarding new employees; Plan, administer, and monitor organizational climate surveys, proposing action plans together with leadership; Manage and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring time, training, etc.); Structure and implement performance evaluation programs and goal tracking; Plan and execute training and development initiatives according to the annual training plan; Develop and coordinate internal marketing and communication campaigns to stimulate engagement and sense of belonging; Support the structuring and review of HR policies, processes, and practices; Collaborate with the Payroll department on administrative routines; Act as a partner to leadership teams, providing support on people management, culture, and performance topics. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Generalist HR experience, with background in recruitment & selection, training & development, organizational climate, performance management, and internal marketing; Knowledge of performance management tools and training platforms; Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HR indicators and reports; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and creative mindset. **Benefits:** Meal allowance and food allowance via IFood benefits card; Health insurance and life insurance; Transportation allowance; Colab\+ partnerships with TotalPass, Avus, and Starbem. 2510260202221652785
