Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring operational safety and compliance, supervising teams, and operating cargo handling equipment when necessary. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure workplace safety and health 2. Supervise the use of PPEs and equipment checklists 3. Prevent incidents and accidents during task execution **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Request work permits (WP) from the safety department when necessary; Comply with all legislation related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection; Use mandatory PPEs required for performing assigned tasks; Verify that team members under supervision are using mandatory PPEs; Review daily equipment and cargo-handling accessory checklists completed by operators/riggers. Monitor team activities to prevent any type of incident/accident; Correct/orient task execution not aligned with technical procedures; Report and rectify observed environmental and safety hazards; Report all unsafe acts and conditions, safety and health non-conformities, procedures or instructions to immediate supervisor. Report to immediate supervisor any defective equipment or other damages (including tools). Report all accidents/incidents to immediate supervisor; Allocate labor hours via task sheets; Provide necessary materials for job execution; Oversee overhead crane cargo handling operations; May occasionally operate the equipment for guidance, staff support, or emergencies. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Primary education. **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
