**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 2x2 shift from 8 PM to 8 AM and from 8 AM to 8 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code \*RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\* Control of all KPIs in the quality area for process and product; * Management of processes and personnel in the quality area; Work on process improvement through tools, methods, and procedures; Provide support to the sales department regarding quality issues and development of new projects/products; Application of welding standards in the process; Generate quality documentation for delivery to the end customer; Analyze quality issues arising in the production process and develop corrective actions; Support customer technical assistance; **Requirements:** \*REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS\* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering. Intermediate level in Office software suite; Availability to work 2x2 shifts (day and night); Availability for temporary relocation to another state.
