We seek professionals with the following competencies: * Engagement/collaboration * Commitment * Communication * Future-oriented mindset * Proactivity * Relationship building * Innovation/learning and development * Safe behavior **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install and maintain industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems; * Program control logic using ladder language, function blocks, and similar methodologies; * Knowledge of industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, DH\+; * Develop SCADA (Wintouch) human-machine interface (HMI) screens according to technical specifications; * Install and configure frequency inverters, soft\-starters, and control devices; * Perform installation and programming of Rockwell/Siemens PLCs; * Knowledge of Rockwell, Yaskawa, and Weg frequency inverters; * Prepare technical scopes for service procurement; * Evaluate sophisticated electronic circuits and equipment, performing tests and adjustments; * Analyze technical specifications for component and equipment procurement; * ERP system knowledge for maintenance management (Totvs); * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards, using appropriate PPE and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Technical degree in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * NR10 Basic certification. **Additional Information** Additional Information: * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Unimed Health Plan – Nationwide coverage; * Dental plan; * Profit-sharing and results bonus (PLR); * Chartered transportation and/or transportation voucher; * Medication program; * Supplementary pension plan; * Vacation return bonus; * School kit for employees’ children aged 3–18 years; * Daycare assistance for female employees with children up to 3 years old; * Christmas basket; * Membership agreement with AERT Club (Tubarão Recreation Association); * Welhub; * Life insurance. **Learn More About Us** Founded in Guadalajara (Mexico) in 1969, the Simec Group began operations producing steel bars, profiles, and rebars.
