Analyze the delivered product, the invoice, and the terms requested in the procurement process to ensure the delivered product complies with what was requested; Participate in the installation process of new equipment by researching installation requirements with the supplier and assisting clinical engineering in decision-making to ensure correct installation and use of the acquired technology; Participate in scheduling training sessions for equipment users together with the supplier and healthcare departments, helping coordinate schedules among involved parties. Ensure the scheduled training is carried out and support healthcare teams to promote proper equipment usage; Monitor, supervise, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on installed medical equipment using technical knowledge, manufacturer technical manuals, and methodologies defined by the manager to ensure service quality, safety, and the operational lifespan of installed equipment; Monitor, supervise, and perform calibrations of installed medical equipment through monitoring services provided by private partners and specific calibration contracts to ensure equipment quality, compliance with usage standards, and patient safety; Periodically analyze the status of equipment, labels, and accessories through routine inspections to assist the manager in deciding whether to decommission or repair; Perform your duties in an open and collaborative manner, valuing honesty and integrity in interpersonal relationships.
