Guarantee of stability, performance, and reliability **JOB — MOBILE DEVELOPER (MID / SENIOR)** Company: Atman **SALARY RANGE** R$ 6.000 to R$ 12.000 (CLT) Placement based on technical evaluation. **ABOUT THE POSITION** This position involves developing mobile applications for digital products, including consumption of complex APIs, real-time data handling, integration with hardware and devices, use of maps and geolocation, and operation within operational and mission-critical applications. The applications support device configuration, continuous communication with the backend, and operation in environments demanding production-grade stability, performance, and reliability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development and maintenance of Android and iOS mobile applications * Implementation of applications using React Native * Integration with REST APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets) * Integration with hardware and devices * Implementation of features involving maps and geolocation * Operation of operational and mission-critical apps * Guarantee of stability, performance, and reliability * State management, lifecycle handling, and asynchronous communication * Collaboration with backend, web frontend, hardware, and product teams **TECH STACK AND REQUIRED SKILLS** * React Native * TypeScript and JavaScript * Consumption of REST APIs * Real-time communication (WebSockets) * Integration with hardware / devices * Use of maps and geolocation * Mobile performance concepts * Version control with Git **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Conversational proficiency in Spanish or Italian will be considered a significant advantage. * Experience with native Android development (Kotlin) * Experience publishing apps to app stores * Experience with operational or mission-critical applications * Integration with physical devices **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of mobile development experience * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields **EXPECTED TECHNICAL PROFILE** * Analytical mindset * Strong technical capability * Ability to solve complex problems efficiently * Attention to production impact, stability, and performance **EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND BENEFITS** Employment type: Full-time CLT, on-site Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Unimed health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Structured career development plan **HOW TO APPLY** Interested candidates should send their resumes to vagas@atmansystems.com, specifying the area of interest in the email subject line.
