Professional experience in compliance with legislation Assist in the store's operational activities, supporting organization, restocking of merchandise, maintenance of store environments, and customer service, always under guidance and supervision. Develop practical and theoretical knowledge through the Apprenticeship Program, contributing to store operations and acquiring professional experience in compliance with current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in restocking merchandise on gondolas, islands, endcaps, and other display areas. * Support product organization and replenishment in sales areas. * Assist in sorting light merchandise in the warehouse for store replenishment. * Organize products according to layout and leadership instructions. * Assist in cleaning and organizing gondolas, shelves, and display areas. * Support warehouse organization and maintenance. * Assist in setting up and organizing promotional displays. * Visually verify price labels and report discrepancies to leadership. * Report damaged products, damaged packaging, or other irregularities. * Provide customer service by guiding customers to product locations and forwarding requests to responsible staff members. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with company safety regulations. * Participate in theoretical activities of the Apprenticeship Program, applying acquired knowledge to practical tasks. * Perform other duties compatible with the apprentice role, always under guidance and supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** ---------------- * Currently enrolled and regularly attending school (where applicable). * Age compatible with the Apprenticeship Program, per current legislation. * Availability to fulfill the program’s work schedule. * Interest in learning and developing new skills. **Desirable** -------------- * Good communication skills. * Organization and responsibility. * Proactivity. * Ability to work well in a team. * Interest in retail and customer service. **Additional Information** **Benefits** -------------- * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance **Work Schedule** ----------- * Weekly schedule of 20 hours, from **2:00 PM to 6:00 PM**, subject to vacancy availability and compatibility with the apprentice’s school schedule. * **Note:** On days of theoretical training conducted by the partner entity, the apprentice will participate in activities according to the Apprenticeship Program schedule.
