Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in wort production, ensuring quality, yield, safety, and process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor the milling, mashing, and boiling stages 2. Monitor and record critical parameters of the brewing process 3. Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment We seek a professional to work in wort production (the beer manufacturing stage involving milling, mashing, clarification/lautering, and boiling), ensuring quality, yield, safety, and process standardization. Responsibilities * Operate and monitor malt milling, mashing, recirculation/filtration (lautering), and boiling stages. * Perform dosing and additions (adjunct malts, hops, salts, clarifiers, and other ingredients as per recipe). * Monitor and record critical parameters: temperatures, times, pH, density (OG), volumes, flow rates, and yield. * Prepare and adjust equipment (mills, mash tuns, filters, kettles/whirlpools, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers where applicable). * Perform cleaning and sanitization (CIP) of tanks and pipelines related to the brewhouse area. * Follow operational procedures (SOPs), production instructions, and GMP/5S standards. * Identify process deviations, implement corrective actions, and report incidents to the technical supervisor. * Support basic inventory control of area ingredients and sector organization. * Comply with safety regulations (PPE, chemical handling, steam, high temperatures, and pressure). Requirements * Completed high school education * Experience in industrial production (food/beverages) or brewing/cereal cooking processes. * Practical knowledge of measurements: pH meters, hydrometers/refractometers, thermometry, and production records. * Availability for operational tasks; Preferred Qualifications * Technical degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Brewing, or related fields * Experience in microbreweries or industrial breweries. * Basic knowledge of water treatment and salt adjustments.
