Teamwork under the chef's guidance ITALIAN RESTAURANT HIRING KITCHEN ASSISTANT: Responsibilities \- Perform food pre-preparation, sanitation, organization, and food production across various kitchen sections; wash, peel, cut, and grate food items under the chef's guidance. · Preparation of dishes and portions · Portioning of products · Food pre-preparation · Check inventory shortages and request replenishment from responsible personnel · Maintain a clean and organized work environment · Wear uniform and PPE · Comply with internal regulations Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM \- Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 1-hour daily break and meals provided on-site o Day off every Monday and +1 Sunday per month Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.980,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
