Job Summary: Provide first-level technical support to users and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with Windows 10/11 and remote support tools * Provide **first-level technical support** to users (on-site and remote). * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Operating systems (Windows); Corporate applications; Equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); Windows Server. **Technical Requirements** * Experience with Windows 10/11 and remote support tools. * Basic hardware knowledge (diagnosis and component replacement). * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technology degree program.
