We are seeking an **EHS Analyst in Cambé** to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement, monitor, and review health, safety, and environmental (EHS) programs; * Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments; * Monitor safety, occupational health, and environmental indicators, proposing action plans for continuous improvement; * Deliver EHS training and awareness campaigns across all organizational levels; * Investigate accidents and incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance; * Assist production departments in complying with safety, occupational health, and environmental management regulations; * Manage industrial waste, effluents, and emissions, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to legal requirements; * Control and maintain up-to-date legal documentation (environmental licenses, Risk Management Program [PGR], Occupational Health Program [PCMSO], Technical Report on Working Conditions [LTCAT], and other mandatory programs); * Actively participate in the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) and internal safety and sustainability committees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety with proven experience in EHS management; * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, or related fields; * Prior EHS experience, preferably in chemical, fertilizer, or agro-industrial industries; * Knowledge of applicable labor and environmental legislation; * Skills in risk analysis, technical report writing, and managerial reporting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency and additional certifications. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * Creditas Partnership * On-site Meals * Health Plan * Chartered Bus Service * TotalPass * Clude \- Digital Health * Birthday Day Off **1953** was the year when Glen Brandt, at age 27, innovated by applying liquid nitrogen fertilizers directly to the soil of his farm.
