Job Summary:
A professional responsible for procurement and management of inputs, purchase process analysis, and supplier negotiation, aiming for continuous improvement in the supply department.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1 – Procure inputs according to consumption and/or schedule, and plan material procurement based on technical criteria, inventory turnover, minimum stock (Just-in-Time process), and approved budget;
2 – Analyze purchasing, storage, and material movement processes for departments;
3 – Receive and address internal or external requests and needs for products and services, ensuring delivery within compliance requirements;
4 – Perform Follow\-Up on purchasing processes, deliveries, and service provision, following reports extracted from the system;
5 – Participate in committees or working groups as needed;
6 – Recommend and map the implementation of improvements in the supply process, advising on safety rules and compliance requirements;
7 – Analyze negotiation and cost-reduction processes with suppliers, applying competitive analysis to assess optimal price, product and/or service quality, payment terms, delivery, and maintenance conditions;
8 – Analyze and assist in negotiations of product and service contracts, providing recommendations to coordination based on data collection;
9 – Ensure all processes are documented and recorded in system reports and documents;
10 – Assist in controlling the operational workflow performed by department staff;
11 – Assist in analyzing short- and long-term product consumption trends and demand fluctuations, evaluating prospects for cheaper substitute products, changes in specifications and standards;
12 – Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and purchase order (PO) preparation;
13 – Proactively identify new suppliers of products and services, request and conduct product and service testing with process monitoring;
14 – Indicator analysis.
**INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1\- Assist in covering vacation schedules, time-off periods, and/or unforeseen events when necessary or requested by the immediate supervisor.
2\- Execute tasks with a focus on continuous improvement of institutional processes.
3\- Properly use uniforms, standardized clothing, and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the Institution.
4\- Use institutional resources (equipment, materials, and facilities) responsibly, immediately reporting any issues or changes to the supervisor.
5\- Comply with institutional codes and regulations.
6\- Ensure adherence to workplace conservation, cleaning, and hygiene procedures, and guide third parties in complying with safety, discipline, and accident prevention standards.

Salary: R$2\.842,00 per month
