Ensuring achievement of targets and quality standards The hired candidate will supervise operational activities, lead shop floor teams, and ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Organize tasks, guide operators, control raw material usage, and analyze reports to correct any production disruptions. Team Leadership: Coordinate operators, assign tasks, train new employees, and manage conflicts. Monitor the schedule and ensure daily and weekly targets are met. Ensure area cleanliness and organization, as well as proper use of PPE by the team.
