Exercise people management with a focus on team development through regular feedback and actions that promote operational excellence. Monitor KPIs to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of production processes, supporting the company's strategic objectives, meeting customer needs and market requirements, and complying with established targets and budgetary forecasts. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree Experience in people management and leadership Assertive communication Analytical ability to solve problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power BI) Desirable Qualifications. Industrial experience (minimum 3 years) Quality management (continuous improvement methodologies) Intermediate or advanced English
