Job Description You will be responsible for executing medium- and long-term mine planning activities / economic evaluations, aiming at ore reserve certification and providing appropriate support for short-term planning / mining operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute medium- and long-term mine planning activities (optimization; sequencing; operationalization, among others) and conduct economic analysis. * Develop multi-year mining plans, focusing on quality and productivity gains, as well as verifying adherence to and alignment with medium- and long-term plans. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for projects, identifying potential opportunities. * Support due diligence processes through mine planning scenario studies, among others. * Determine mine fleet requirements (surface mobile equipment), both initial and incremental. * Promote a mining culture oriented toward strategic long-term planning. * Plan, discuss, and monitor mining plan results with the short-term planning team. * Foster harmonious interaction with the operational unit team. * Ensure short-term planning aligns with long-term planning (detailing and breakdown) at the plan and project levels. * Provide specialized technical support for Environmental and Mine Closure projects. Qualifications **The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering; * Active CREA registration / ART issuance; * Experience in medium- and long-term mine planning; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Familiarity with Minesight, Deswik, and NPVS preferred; * Driver’s license (Category B) preferred; * Willingness to reside in Barro Alto or Goianésia-GO.
