Conduct detailed diagnostics of issues and develop effective action plans, applying thorough and critical analysis to resolve matters related to employer branding, selection processes, and candidate experience. * Develop strategic partnerships by establishing connections with various internal/external departments and interfaces that add value to Inec, driving the attraction of qualified talent. * Lead and actively participate in HR projects, contributing to Inec’s people management strategy. * Support leaders and employees in team development and engagement. * Address ad hoc requests from Inec and, when necessary, direct them to specialist departments for resolution. * Ensure correct implementation of people and management strategies, guaranteeing that DH area processes and programs are effectively applied. * Coordinate personnel processes, routines, and benefits management. * Manage training programs within your area of responsibility. * Perform data processing and prepare managerial reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Willingness to undertake intermunicipal travel.
