Execution of Migration Projects: Actively participate in defining and executing migration strategies, performing extractions, transformations, and loads (ETL and ELT) from databases, APIs, and files—ensuring deadlines are met without impacting client operations. Data Integrity and Quality Assurance (Data Quality): Ensure consistency of migrated data (cases, notifications, registries), validating referential integrity, semantic coherence, and performing data cleansing to prevent inconsistencies in the new environment. Automation of Data Flows: Identify recurring patterns and develop robust automations (scripts, pipelines, ETL/ELT routines) to reduce manual effort, increase load reliability, and accelerate future deliveries—including recurring Data Warehouse routines. Legal Knowledge and Rigorous Interpretation: Demonstrate understanding of legal processes, applying technical rigor and absolute attention to deadlines, procedural hierarchies, and legal impacts—ensuring migration preserves not only data but also legal security. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Document data dictionaries, source/target mappings, conversion scripts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and lessons learned from each legacy system—contributing to a reusable intelligence base for future projects.
