Job Description You will be responsible for geology activities (geological modeling, drilling/programming, geostatistical evaluation, and lateritic deposit mineral resources), managing human, financial, material, environmental, and geological data resources, aligned with company policies and procedures, ensuring achievement of geology objectives and targets. **Key responsibilities include:** * Validate geological drill holes, assess core recovery, and perform core and chip sample descriptions; * Discuss/validate annual diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs; * Manage and maintain short- and long-term geological databases; Conduct QA/QC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) discussions; * Analyze and interpret geological and geometallurgical data; * Build digital models from geological data interpretation using specialized software; * Perform annual mass, mineral resource, and grade estimations for long- and short-term models; generate mine production releases and make operational decisions under supervision of a Senior Geologist or Technical Specialist; * Interpret geological data, conduct geological risk analysis, and make decisions; * Participate daily in the mine production meeting with geology, mine planning, mine operations, and heavy equipment maintenance teams; * Defend annual mineral resources with the corporate team. Qualifications **Ideal candidate profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geology; * Driver’s license Category B (Desirable); * Active CREA registration / AusIMM, MAusIMM, CBRR, AIG or equivalent (Desirable); * Proficiency in LeapFrog, Datamine, Python; * Postgraduate degree in related fields (Desirable); * Advanced English (Desirable); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Desirable); * Residency or willingness to relocate to Barro Alto or Goianésia-GO.
