Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and managing the inventory of spare parts and forest materials, ensuring availability, cost optimization, and operational continuity. Ensure the availability, control, and proper management of materials, parts, and spare components used in forest machinery and equipment, supporting operations, reducing costs, ensuring inventory reliability, and maintaining operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, control, and monitor inventory of spare parts, materials, and components for forest machinery (harvesting, silviculture, transportation, and support). * Conduct consumption analysis, inventory turnover, critical material assessment, and obsolete item identification. * Define and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels in coordination with maintenance and operations teams. * Execute material requisition, receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch processes. * Perform inventory cleansing and standardization of material codes in the system (ERP). * Monitor physical inventories (cyclic and general), analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. * Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for accurate identification of parts and materials. * Interface with suppliers for technical quotations, delivery timelines, and material specifications. * Track performance indicators (KPIs), such as: service level, stockouts, inventory accuracy, and lead time. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, warehouse procedures, and good storage practices. * Support internal and external audits related to inventory and materials. * Drive continuous improvement of material management and internal logistics processes.
