Description: * High school diploma; * Reside in Ourolândia \- BA (profiles from other regions will not be considered); * Proficiency in using Office Suite and systems such as EQM; * Mandatory: Active driver's license category A/B, with category D being an advantage; * Experience as a tractor operator; * Previous experience in solar power generation projects is desirable; * Experience or knowledge in operating machinery for solar panel cleaning and mechanized pruning is desirable; * An active license for tractor operation is desirable; * Knowledge of NR10 and NR12 regulations; * Perform vegetation suppression by operating a tractor equipped with appropriate agricultural implements. * Carry out solar module washing by operating a tractor equipped with an appropriate rotary brush. * Coordinate with the UFV SR Technician and Supervisor to define strategies for advancing vegetation suppression and module washing activities, directing the team to operate in designated areas according to the plan. * Refuel the tractor and refill water tanks used for module washing. * Perform manual excavation when necessary for burying conduits or excavating de-energized cables for technical team repairs. * Execute minor civil and building maintenance tasks. * Operate tractors, implements, and other machinery according to technical and operational procedures, aiming for optimal production performance and achievement of established goals; * Perform preventive maintenance by conducting periodic inspections on machines to identify potential failures before they become major issues. * Additionally, perform low- and medium-complexity corrective maintenance when necessary, fixing machine faults and defects; * Monitor and adjust machine operating parameters to ensure production occurs within quality and safety standards; * Make adjustments and calibrations to machines to ensure proper functioning according to manufacturer specifications or internal standards; * Record all activities performed, including preventive and corrective maintenance and any malfunctions. Furthermore, maintain detailed reports on executed activities, including records of operating and downtime; * Ensure machines are operated according to established safety regulations, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following operational procedure guidelines; * Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and materials required for machine maintenance, signaling when restocking is needed; * Propose improvements in machine operation and maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Assist the maintenance team in low-complexity tasks when requested. 2510300202211777484
