Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Solid experience with the Protheus ERP (TOTVS), including modules for Inventory, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Billing; Proficiency in ADVPL language for development, customization, and maintenance of routines in Protheus; Advanced knowledge of SQL (queries, stored procedures, and managerial reports). * Perform preventive or corrective system maintenance, as requested by users through the support area (tickets), modifying processing logic, databases, and workflows; managing product versions (creation of branches and tags) and databases, etc., adapting them to users’ new requirements, technology upgrades, bug fixes, performance improvements, and updating technical documentation to reflect changes for control and governance; * Prepare clear and easily understandable documentation for systems and applications, aimed at optimal interpretation by developers and third parties; * Gather information through interviews with end users and managers to define processes to be used in system and application development; * Design information flow diagrams and inventory software and hardware, identifying all tools required for project development; * Prepare necessary documents for system and application development, including data dictionaries, system manuals, and technical reports; * Issue technical opinions on system and application development, when required; * Document service levels, capacity, and performance, as well as available solutions, and disseminate this information to relevant departments; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as prepare technical specifications, verifying project viability; * Develop systems by gathering data and analyzing inherent business rules for the system and application, sizing system requirements and functionalities, forecasting growth rates, defining physical implementation alternatives, and building system prototypes; * Audit and monitor system and application performance, identifying and correcting failures and executing improvement procedures; * Manage access profiles to information, data, and resources to prevent information conflicts; * Guide business areas in consulting technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating problems in controlled environments when necessary or escalating to support; * Deliver training, preparing syllabi and teaching materials, defining training prerequisites and audiovisual resources; * Provide technical consultancy, as needed, identifying user needs, proposing process and functional changes, negotiating solution alternatives, and recommending adoption of new methods and techniques to align solutions with user requirements; * Research and identify emerging technologies, assess vendors, request product demonstrations, and evaluate product functionality to keep company systems and applications up to date; * Monitor system and application development projects, selecting vendors, preparing activity and financial schedules, managing internal and external resources, evaluating quality of developed systems and applications, and validating final deliverables with users; * Maintain control over IT service supply contracts; * Provide technical ERP consultancy to resolve issues; * Use SQL language to generate managerial reports; * Experience in team planning, people management, multiple programming languages, and operating systems; * Proficiency in system development platforms and methodologies, programming logic, database management systems (T-SQL), and data modeling; * Other duties related to the area. 2512220202491879432
