We are seeking a CRM Campaign Analyst to run promotional campaigns and multichannel communications, ensuring every message is sent with quality, efficiency, and at the right time. Here, you will work directly on operations: configuring campaigns, segmenting databases, validating sends, and closely monitoring deliverability—all aligned with a strategic calendar that drives the business. Key Responsibilities \- Operationalize CRM campaigns; \- Configure multichannel sends; \- Upload and parameterize campaigns; \- Execute operational segmentation; \- Ensure QA and validation prior to sends; \- Manage the campaign calendar; \- Monitor deliverability; \- Support promotional testing. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Experience operating CRM campaigns; * Hands-on experience with sending platforms (e-mail, SMS, push, etc.) * Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of database segmentation; * Ability to handle high-volume workloads and tight deadlines; * Experience with QA/validation of campaigns prior to sending. **Preferred Requirements:** -------------------------- * Customer journey vision in betting or online platforms.
