**Responsibilities and Duties**
What you will do:
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
* Participate in training programs to develop your technical and behavioral skills.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in elementary or high school, or have completed high school;
* Age between 17 and 22 years;
* Afternoon shift availability for performing activities;
* Valid work card (Carteira de Trabalho);
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
