At Sicredi, you’ll find a diverse environment grounded in respect and empathy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support team development, conduct periodic formal and informal evaluations, foster the development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and collective growth, and identify and enable training initiatives. * Lead and execute branch planning. Design and implement actions necessary to maintain and expand the membership base and enhance business results for the segment (MC, ISA, etc.). * Monitor member satisfaction and service quality across digital channels, self-service platforms, and the accredited network; develop and analyze engagement metrics. Promote and influence members’ use of digital channels.
